Mileage accelerator not posting-system bug

Mileage accelerator not posting-system bug

Purchased 10,000 miles on 10-13, not posted as of 10-21. MileagePlus website says it should post in 24 hours. This purchase was on an award ticket.

Emailed MileagePlus, reply was non-responsive, called in, after much researching, referred to supervisor who said it was a system bug, had been referred, and should be posted in 10 days or by-and-by. From the conversation, my conclusion was it would have never posted if I had not called in.
