I’m going to Japan this summer on a one way AA award ticket. I was going to decide later whether to fly back to US or stop by in Europe. Now, with the recent changes with United that decision became more complicated. I have 80k united miles (plus AA and UR) Do you think I should take advantage of the fixed charts and look for something on Star Alliance or stick to oneworld and see what future brings to United? I’m flexible with my travels so chances are I may benefit from the changes.
