Or the area where the copier/Fedex drop box was/were, the work carrel nook, and office next to them on the same sifde of the hallway. I'm not sure existing plumbing is as much as a prequisite since the E/F concourse is on basically a pier. Access for plumbing from underneath might be pretty easy. Plus, new work is often easier/cheaper to design/build than trying to incorporate old footprints/plumbing.
