SIN to PNH
Hey guys, trying to find flight from SIN to PNH and united is showing 17.5.k miles required. II checked the great circle map and it is showing 703 miles. Is 17.5 miles required for the redemption correct? Thanks!

Yes, a nonstop flight under 800 miles would be 8,000 UA miles.

SQ does not fly SIN-PNH, only MI flies that route and you can't redeem MI tickets with UA miles as they're not yet part of *A. The routing you have is likely SIN-BKK-PNH which is over 800 miles in total flight route.

If you have miles to spare, and if there's availability, the business class awards are a much better deal than economy class awards on these routes. Take a flight with a long enough connection to enjoy the spa at BKK.
