I had them open R for me a few days ago. Agent called web support who confirmed R space was available when I applied an upgrade, but the upgrade didn't stick. No idea if web support opened R or if a supervisor did it, but either way my upgrade was confirmed despite R0 at the time I called.

Called middle of the day Pacific time.
