Pretty clear F on any *A flight gets you into Senator and Business lounges.

Maybe I should have been more clear in my experience, I was a F ticket but didn't have *G at the time and I was let in with no issues with just a BP scan.

I can confirm, Domestic F does give access to LH Senator lounge. I do it all the time.
