Lowest Airport Fees of EU Airports UA Serves?

I'm looking to take an award trip to anywhere in Europe UA flies (not partners) and I'm not picky about where. However, I want to minimize airport fees. Any way to get a list of those fees per airport?

I made this list a couple of years ago, so I am not sure if it's still accurate. It should give you a rough idea. LHR was the most expensive at around $200. I also remember the German cities being pretty expensive too

OSL $39
ARN $45
GVA $47
BCN $52
MAD $57
MXP $58
BRU $59
AMS $59
ZRH $61
FCO $74

Most of them are assessed by the national government's, not the airports themselves and will vary from day-to-day with exchange rates.

Here's AMS charges --
Netherlands - Passenger Service Charge (RN)$15.70
Netherlands - Noise Isolation Charge (VV)$0.50
Netherlands - Security Service Charge (CJ)$13.30
= $29.50

And for FRA --
Germany - Airport Security Charge (DE)$9.00
Germany - Passenger Service Charge (RA)$36.70
Germany - Air Transport Tax (OY)$45.40
= $91.10

DUB is super cheap --
Ireland - Passenger Charge (UP)$12.20
Ireland - Inspection/Pre-Clearance Charge (UQ)$8.60
= $20.80

And here's the US side of the equation (the US $35.40 is a combination of $17.70 + $17.70 for exit and entrance fees)

United States - Transportation Tax (US)$35.40
United States - September 11th Security Fee(Passenger Civil Aviation Security Service Fee) (AY)$5.60
United States - Passenger Facility Charge (XF)$4.50
United States - Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service Fee (APHIS User Fee - Passengers (XA)$5.00
United States - Immigration and Naturalization Fee(Immigration User Fee) (XY)$7.00
United States - Custom User Fee (YC)$5.50
= $63.00

You also need to assess whether the fee is levied on arrival or departure. Flying into many European airports can be very cheap.

The fees can also vary based on class. In particular, the UK and Paris have different fees for departures in premium cabins than in economy.
