MAD-EWR on 757 Fuel Stop Worry?
Hi,
I am about to book MAD-EWR in September on a 757. Should i worry about a fuel stop on this route?
I know it is always possible, but is it less likely than the 757 on TXL-EWR.

Most of the UA 757 TATL westbound fuel stops occur in the winter months when the jet stream head winds are at their strongest. It's always possible; but much less likely this time of year.

Depends, how badly do you need to be in EWR that day?

I've flown EWR-TXL-EWR often and never had a fuel stop, I don't let it worry my bookings for that route so I wouldn't give MAD much concern.

OP has gotten a number of answers/opinions and before this turns into another 752 TATL stop thread, will close this one and refer general discussion to the master thread -- http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/unite...ys-2015-a.html
