When United bought Continental

The retired employees of Continental were receiving flight benefits for life. I heard when United bought Continental, the adult children of the continental retired employees got full flying benefits also. Is that true?

Well, actually, CO bought UA.

I truly doubt there were increased family benefits after the "merger," but I could be wrong.

Welcome to Flyertalk Living Good.

There really isn't much of a place on FT discussing flight benefits for employees. I'll move this temporarily to the UA forum, but it might not last very long.

Bolding mine: That is correct. The best place to pose this sort of question would be directly with the airline as they are the keeper of employee flight benefits so I'll close this thread
