Two rants

On a flight ORD to Clt. Plane got in half an hour early
We've boarded but the plane still been catered. And there is nothing on the plane.

Second rant. The first I visited the club after the new food change there were bagels. Today there was some sort of bread stick. Are those bagel sticks? I didn't try any. I couldn't figure how to toast or put cream cheese on them.

Yes, bagel sticks. I guess you could dip them?

I don't think United serves coffee anymore. And what they do serve would only make OP crankier.

Agree as to the 2nd, but the 1st seems like a real gripe if it's delaying the flight for no good reason.

United is actually citing the real reason for the delay, "catering difficulties." Assuming it was the 11:02 ORD departure, the flight pushed a minute late.
