which biz lounge at IAD for travel on SAA flight?

which biz lounge at IAD for travel on SAA flight?
I have award seats from UA miles in business on SA 208 from IAD-JNB. Prior to the flight leaving Dulles, I have a 6 hour layover at IAD from my connecting flight.
Which premium lounge am I entitled to use? Which is the best to hang out in?
Also, on the return flight from JNB we fly SA 314 to GRU, 4 hour layover, then UA 978 to IAH, also in business. Which Sao Paulo lounge would offer the most for spending 4 1/2 hours? I know I will want to take a shower after the 10 hour JNB-GRU flight before another 10 hour flight.
