Season's Greetings from United

Nice email just arrived. Maybe someone is actually starting to care about their customers (or is that just too hopeful?). Either way, good gesture from a company I spend with what to me, is a lot of money. ^

Edit - adding the URL for the holiday card - https://www.youtube.com/watch?featur...&v=cW1QbTKi3TQ

I got it too. Was very surprised! I think the last time I received a Christmas greeting from United it was a paper card in the late 90s.

I liked it. I even watched it twice and noticed the city names turn white when the city symbol/snow flake was visible.

I am not sure how much United really appreciates my business, but at least they said they did. I did like the e-card.

I got one too. But in typical United fashion, when I clicked on the link, there was a three hour delay, and then United tried to sell me expedited access to my holiday card for $49.

I got it and was expecting a Jeff video. Happy to see no Jeff.

I'd be even happier to see no Jeff on my flights next year.

Mine opened in monochrome - shades of coal.

But I was #4 on the upgrade list for the color card!

Got this too, even just hearing "we really appreciate your business" is nice.
