LH Codeshare --> PQM or no?

LH Codeshare --> PQM or no?
Hi folks,
Called twice and got different answers from two supervisors on this one.
If I fly (EWR-FRA-BCN) on LH fare class K it won't count for PQM. What if it's ticketed as a UA code-share flight on both segments?

If ticketed as UA K fare operated by LH then it would depend on what the UA K maps to in the LH system. Most likely that is also K so no earning. But until you buy the ticket and confirm that LH sees it as a K fare in their system that's just a (reasonably well educated) guess.
