Can I ask what might be a silly question? When people say they can guest during say a 2 hour window, does that mean if you are already in the club you can go to the desk and guest someone in? How do the desk people know that you haven't already guested in two people that you left inside? Just curious how it works! Thanks!

I have also been able to tell them when I check-in that I am expecting a guest and leave them the name. Has also worked even when I left the lounge before my guest arrived. This was specifically in EWR early in the AM
