The barbie jets and continued cuts out of SDF by UA drove me bonkers. In September, I broke free of my Stockholm syndrome and moved about 35 flights to SWA for the rest this year. Greatest decision ever I made! SDF-MDW is so much more reliable--and on a real plane!
