Missing miles and GPU redeposit

Missing miles and GPU redeposit
I am missing miles for a flight that departed ;ast Friday. Normally my UA flights post within 24 hours so I am pretty sure this one has gone fubar. To add to the confusion a GPU was redeposited even though my upgrade cleared at the gate. Was a bit concerned about the remaining segments on my reservation but they appear to be intact with R segments (GPU) waitlisted.
Very annnoying to be forced to wait 7 days before submitting a claim.
Particularly when the miles from my OW connection posted seamlessly to AA.
