New Mileage Plus - July Monthly Statement: Completely redesigned for you

I just got an email from United about this and logged in.
A bold new look.
Introducing your new Premier Mileage Plus Statement.

Almost all my information on awards paid for is gone!
Is there any one we can contact at UA to allow us to see what is going on in our awards?

I can see income in miles - flights and PQMs
I can see credit card miles adding up
I can not see how I spent the miles !!!
This is plain wrong.

There should be the name of passenger (I at times will want to book for my family) and the PNR (so that it is easy to look up) and then there should be a place when we cancel that the info is listed.
Some of that used to be there but now it is all blank.
How can we keep track of our miles, if our history is blanked out?

Is there a United Mileage Plus Representative we can contact?

The monthly email being 99% ads and 1% barely-useful info isn't anything new...

I got that e-mail on Thursday, July 18. It gave me my MileagePlus balance as of July 7, eleven days prior. Your best bet of keeping track of your miles is logging into United.com with your MileagePlus number and pin as often as you can.

I don't see anything different.

My last statement was 30 June 2013. It looks the same as it has always been (since the March 2012 transition).

WHAT? Are you saying you want all that detail in an email?

I believe you are confusing this monthly summary report (which has always been brief) and the monthly ( nw quarterly) activity statement which is still available online (under My Account Activity)

this level of detail has never been available in the past -- however the itins for each of those purchases are listed in your My Reservations.

My sense - could be wrong - was that the latest quarterly e-mail statement I received a few days ago set a new record for shameless marketing and total uselessness.

Of course, 99% of us track our accounts regularly at .com, but I still found this latest "enhancement" annoying on the basis of "just how dumb do you think I am?"

I tend to agree with this sentiment. Nothing major was different in terms of information except for color and layout. It definitely was pushing more products to buy.

No. I got an email telling me that my statements had a new look.
I logged in and my quarterly statements look even less detailed than before.
Previously I could see the debits for the awards
Now those are missing

no change in the month/quarterly statement, any award booking activity is listed under "Award Activity" at the very bottom of the report. It does not list the passengers or the PNR, it has not been do that.

I see no difference in details from 2012 or the 2013Q1 report or the online activity report.
