Exception Handling?

Hi All,
Sorry if there's already a thread about this but I just went on to try to change my flight and there's an "exception handling" warning and when I click the link none of the airports involved are listed. What could this mean? The flight is KRK-MUC-IAD if that has any bearing.
Thanks

Sometimes, this shows up when changing flights even if they're not affected by a listed waiver policy. If you do the flight change search, you might discover that fees are waived. Or not.

An exception, if you're entitled to one, is a good thing, not a bad thing.

Could this be because a refund/waived fee associated earlier with the reservation?

I suppose? Again, it only matters... if it matters. Does it matter?
