Something tricky going on here....

Booked a BF seat to Munich. Seat maps all showed angled seating chart, which on CO, and since the merger UA, were the new flatbed seats. Lo and behold, flight status comes available, and our plane, which is a 767-300, has reg old UA FC seating. When I called, someone told me that all of the seating charts in BF have been changed to the "angled look". Another wonderful deception by by ex favorite airline. Are you kidding me?

I've had this happen on other routes. My guess is equipment change. They gave me a $350 voucher though.

You have your facts wrong, if it is a 767-300 it will have flat beds and power. It may be one of the newly reconfigured ones that were formerly domestic airplanes and are now 2 class international. No GF but BF is brand new with lay flat and power.

There have been weird things going on with the seating charts for the 767s. Check out this thread:

You can't rely on that and it seems you're not willing to listen to someone who knows. Airplane 6675 is a 2 cabin international configuration, fresh out of Hong Kong for winglets and new interior. BF has lay flat seats, in seat power, AVOD etc in a 2-1-2 config. Or you can continue to be in denial.

CO has trouble managing their technology, so descriptions on their website are often wrong.

They're not flying a domestic-configured bird to Munich. It's an int'l plane with flat seats.

Well, I'll tell ya

I'll be on there tomorrow night....

One interesting point though, the flight informations says 2x2x2 seating, but the seat map (with the angled seats), show 2x1x2, which indeed is the new BF flatbeds...

Report to follow. I hope you're right!!

I am, the only swap they can do on this would be to a 3 cabin 767-300 which also has the lay flats and in seat power.

The issue at hand is that it takes some time for seat maps to be updated. I was on the second flight of N668UA last month after the plane returned from HKG and the seat map reverted to the old one once inside of T-48.
