GPU Question - Links broken

Where can I find the links to the GPU information. The SWU link in the FAQ is broken and gets a not found error with a request to contact administrator (which I did).

I'm looking for information on what happens at T-24 when it does not clear. I've been watching my Oct IAH->AMS flight and it looks like upgrades are only clearing after T-24 and generally just hours from departure.

Also is there an acronym FAQ anywhere? I keep seeing p.s. PS and ps and don't have a clue what it means. There have been a few others too, but I was generally able to work them out from context.

Cheers,

PS stands for "premium service" and it refers to all flights operated between JFK & SFO/LAX on specially configured 3 class 757's (soon to become 2 class). There are no CPU's on these flights... an instrument is required to upgrade.

If your upgrade does not clear outside of 24 hours the waitlist will expire and in theory you will go on the airport waitlist. However, if you do a dummy booking inside 24 hours and see that there is space available in the R bucket you should call and have yourself immediately confirmed.
