Fare class availability

Fare class availability
Hi experts,
I have some flight from Mexico to Hawaii on hold with G class. The price is the best I could get for Thanksgiving week.( aprox USD 700).
I need to purchase them by sunday.
If I look now the same flight G class is available only on some segments. Only T and S is the lowest available now and G is zeroud out.
Does it mean that in the meantime G is sold out or it is possible that on tuesday or wednesday some G class will be back???????
As a sidenote I was watching this fare for many days, weeks and the best price was available from tuesday evening until thursday at noon. Unbelievable how prices automatically increase thursday evening...for the pricey weekend shopping.

Both. If it is G0 now then G is sold out now. What it will look like in a month or a week or a day or an hour might be different, but that's what it is now.
