It doesn't show as cancelled - that was yesterday's flight (note that the date is the 28th).
Your flight looks delayed from all the sources I can see. Quite badly delayed, but not cancelled.

They swapped out 6674 the reconfigured 2-cabin 763 for 6443 for the 3-cabin 763 because of on going mechanical issues with 6674, seems to get cancelled every other day, or an aircraft swap etc. I'm seeing cause of possible weather issues in ORD as well, not very fun for anyone who's been traveling on 908/909 this past couple of weeks.

To answer the general question asked in the thread title, the previous flight/track incoming aircraft function sometimes displays results that are obviously wrong, such as an aircraft arriving into the wrong airport. Also, it might disagree with the carrier's flight status information due to differences in the definitions/measurements used: airline tracks arrival and departure at gate while flightaware.com focuses on when the plane takes off and lands.
