I put my odds on the standard answer -- it is not bookable, the phone agent can not see the inventory, sorry nothing can be the done, the online availability is wrong, so sorry, .....

seems this has been going for a year?? wonder if there is any schedule for a fix.

I guess they are facing the same "issue" as US.

This has been going on for way over one year. I have contacted all levels of UA to address this and they say they are working on it, for close to two years ???
