Anyone have a link for this screen shot? I just got my card a month or two ago and I'd like to try to take advantage of this.

I tried by sending the screenshot etc, and was denied with the following reply:

Enrollment incentives offered to new MileagePlus
cardmembers are always changing. Chase is aware that upon
opening a new MileagePlus credit card account, you may be
re-solicited for an enrollment incentive that you find
more appealing. Based on this, enrollment incentives you
are re-solicited for are honored, as long as the request
comes within 90 days of opening. This account was opened
in February 2012
, which unfortunately is past the 90 day
timeframe. For this reason, we regret to inform you that
we are unable to honor your request.

Yeah, they are pretty strict about that 90 day rule : (

I can verify this works. I too applied for the 40k offer and sent a secure message asking for the match to 65k and $50 statement credit. I attached the screenshot from onesweetworld to my secure message. Thanks for the help!

Thanks to the OP's help, I was able to get this offer after originally signing up for the 40,000 mile offer. I sent them an email and attached the screenshot, and within a few days I had a response indicating that I would get the $50 credit plus the additional miles.

How Long?

How long do you think this will still work (or best guess because I know no one can say for sure)?

I ask because I just got the BA Visa about 3 weeks ago. That is pretty recent to apply for another Chase card right?

Award UDU

I just signed up for the regular "40,000" MileagePlus Explorer Card and sent Chase a secure message with the higher offer screenshot and Chase granted me the 25,000 bonus miles along with a $50 statement credit.

I have the screenshot of the higher offer and the exact wording of the message I sent to Chase via secure message, so if anyone wants either, just PM me with your EMAIL and I'll send it right over.

For the explorer card, I read somewhere you get UDU on domestic award tickets. Is that actually the case? Also does that award UDU work on other routes that UDU is typically eligible for i.e. to northern south america, Caribbean, intra-asia, etc.

Make sure the 5000 Authorized User miles post - mine didn't and I had to message Chase on it, who is adding the miles to my account (haven't seen it yet, it was about 2 weeks ago.)
