Saved "Dream Trip" When Program Changed

As I remember, one of my frequent flyer programs, Delta or Continental, changed their mileage requirements several years ago for most of their awards. To placate their customers, they offered the option to save a "dream trip" at the old mileage level.

Does anyone remember this? If so, is there any way to still use it? I remember saving a trip to Europe that included two biz class tickets for 250K miles. But I can't find anything on that now and Delta tells me that it doesn't exist.

United doesn't have any record of this type of offer from Continental, and wouldn't honor it anyway.

You can currently get two business class saver awards to Europe for 200K...
