Does web-support still exist?
PMUA used to have a dedicated desk called web support with a dedicated phone number. The web support agents were very useful for dealing with the quirks of .bomb -- for example, using an e-cert that wouldn't work on-line, or dealing with UG's that the website won't handle.
So..... does web support still exist? When I dial the PMUA web support number, I just end up with the regular phone tree. I could really use the expertise of the web support agents right now. How do I find them?

I've actually had very good luck in getting thru. Called yesterday and was told a 15 minute wait and it was answered in 20 minutes (not bad considering) and the later in the day called again-told it was a 60 minute wait but my call was answered in 3 minutes
