Mrs.Zip received her 1K card on Tuesday I have not yet received mine.

Guess this makes sense if they are going alphabetical. After all, "M" comes before "Z".

None here. Last name starts early in alphabet.

GS and MM'er with no card yet... You cannot even print card right now as site "broken"... When clicking on link to view/print card...

Neither me (1K MM) nor my husband (Platinum) have received our cards here in southern California. He leaves on Thursday for a European trip.

Well, FedEx just came today.

But no 1K card.

We'll see if it shows up in the USPS later today; I am not holding my breath.

Honestly, how hard was it to send them out in time?

No card yet in Los Angeles.

Speaking of cards, as I went to log into the new website this morning, I pulled out my Chase OP MasterCard to look for my OP number, and it's not there. My Chase MP Visa that I've had for years has always had my MP number appear just below my name.

Update - Arrived in mail today, March 3.

No 1K card yet for me in SFO. It will be interesting trying to get by the LH Lounge Dragons on a business trip starting 3/10.

This really is a disgrace for UA. They were in control of the program launch date. They set the date, then blew it. Whence the gold stickers. Now they've blown the revised date for a bunch of us. This is really incompetent.

P.S. If you try calling the Premier Line today, you get to experience chaos in motion.

Save yourselves the trouble by not calling UA today. Dropped calls (even while on hold with an agent), wildly long queue times, etc. It appears to me to be an almost complete customer service breakdown...
