This mornings email from Mileage Plus - What does this mean?

" A one-time grant of MileagePlus award miles equivalent to your OnePass reward miles balance will be added to your MileagePlus account."

Does this mean if I have 100k miles in OnePass, I will get another 100k added? Can I transfer miles into OnePass today and my balance will double on March 3rd?
