Can UA 1P flyer access *A lounge while traveling with Qatar tickets?

Can UA 1P flyer access *A lounge while traveling with Qatar tickets?
Qatar and UA has reciprocal agreement of miles, but I don't think that Qatar belongs to *A alliance. As a UA 1P on Qatar tickets, can I access *A lounge at int'l airports? If not, can I access UA lounge outside USA?

ne could, of course, purchase a club pass if one was not already a member. Paid access is certainly another option.
