What is there to expect in Business Class / Domestic First Class on a 07:45AM Departure from EWR to SJU, I assume some kind of full breakfast and maybe a freshly baked cookie before landing?

Is lunch served right after takeoff or is it served later in the flight on a 9:50 SFO-IAD flight? Also is it a cookie or sundae for dessert?
