Who is best to write to w/ comments/ complaints
Sorry if this has been addressed before - I did look, but couldn't find the answer.
What has been your most useful address to use if you have a problem and want to request a cure or compensation ( and is email, fax or post better)?
Is it different if you have an in-flight issue? Groundstaff at the gate ignoring a real problem ? Or changes in schedules as a result of the merger (reduction of service) ? Changes in the mileage programs ?
Curious minds want to know!
