For those of a dietary interest
According to those in the CLE PC
1. Rondele is out
2. Pretzels in bags are history
3. The infamous 3 towers of carbohydrate power are in and stocked :
4. The only good thing from the RCC which were the PF cookies are gone and replaced with the Walkers (which are also very good) but the variety is gone.
5. Channa gets his carrots and dip (and carrots are the only veggie )
Conclusion: Downgrade
See ya in St Louie baby!

Greetings 'Boxers. I haven't been here in a while. Been busy w/ work and a 3 1/2 week old child (along w/ his older sister). Lack of sleep sucks.. but is getting better. Went to bed @ 1 last night.. got up at 5:30 for a feeding/burping/diaper change. Fell asleep around 6:30.. then woke up around 8:30. Not too bad. No travel in my future. Wife will be flying on WN HOU-PHL-BOS and WN BOS-BWI-HOU next week. It may be WN... but it's still traveling.

Well back in AUS, back at work after an excellent trip, involving epic levels of drinking moar, much if it in Champagne form.
EK topped it off with a last minute op-up from C to F for my long DXB-IAH flight. No idea how that happened since I am a complete nobody to them: no miles, no status and this was my first EK flight and it was a reward ticket. But damn that was sweet...

For those of you in the CLE/CAK/DTW area here's a Flight Memory opportunity for a new dot & aircraft type... dunno if you can have a new line if you take off and land at the same airport 10-15 minutes later though....

As a kid, I had three hops on the bird going out to South Bass Island. It was a thrill then and I'm sure it'll be a thrill this Thursday when my flight is scheduled. I'm hoping there's a "right seat" opening.
Beside all of that the money is going to a good cause. The EAA.

Morning everyone
Nice work trip to Jefferson City Mo. Was scheduled to take a late flight back from St. Louis on Monday night and overnight at ORD. Was able to catch the 6 PM flight instead and connect to home the same evening which meant I got to sleep in my bed instead of some one else's. UA service was excellent. (it is nice to be a 1K).
(As an aside, Jeff City is the capital of Mo. , but has no air service. The closest airport is Columbia Mo which is about 65 miles away and basically has no air service to speak of. Which means that to get to the capital of Mo. , you get to fly either to Kansas City or St. Louis and drive the 120 miles or so.)
Anyway, off to an exciting day of work. Hope everyone has a great day.

A slow start to the game and they were mostly outplayed in the first half, but the USA women's team is putting the screws to the PRK now. Up 2-nil with about 15 to play is quite nice. Largest winning margin of the tournament so far, I believe.
