Lockers in Waterloo

Are there any lockers in Waterloo station big enough to hold luggage (say a 29" upright)?

No lockers, there is (or was last I was there) a left luggage drop.

Due to terrorist placing bombs in lockers in London in the past, there are no lockers at any train stations in London AFAIK. (Most stations don't even have garbage cans for the same reason.) There is, however, left luggage facilities:
