International Arrival to LHR... 4hr to pass time landside, what to do?

I'll have an international arrival to LHR, and the coach I am thinking of taking out of LHR Bus Terminal is 4hr after I land. Is there anything to do for this 4hr duration after clearing passport controls? It looks like there are no more landside lounges under priority pass, and I'm flying Jetblue which doesn't have lounge access. I could use a PP restaurant but that would take up 1hr max. Is there any comfortable area to sit/sleep in T2/T3 landside?

Where are you heading? There might be a better option than a coach 4 hours after you land.

If it really is 4 hours I would suggest taking a cab to somewhere on the river and having a nice walk or a drink in a riverside pub.

Eton, Windsor, Richmond or Twickenham all spring to mind.

Runnymede if its not raining would be a pleasant stop. There's a National Trust tea shop which are, in my experience, usually decent.

There's also some history to the site.

It pays to remain flexible, both in terms of possible alternative options to the coach you intend (which there will likely be) and with the options for passing time should you stick to the original plan. Plenty of things can take longer than expected and that 4 hours can get eroded pretty quickly.
