Only place I can think that is cheap is Argos - they have a store near Tottenham Court Tune station but look at thr website first (www.argos.co.uk)
There are also a couple of cheap luggage shops on the TCR end of Oxford Street.

The aforementioned cheapo luggage shops along the eastern (Tottenham Court Rd) end of Oxford Street, the 'Oxford Street East' Primark store (so called because they've another emporium at the western end) and TK Maxx on Charing Cross Road are all a stone's throw away from each other.
Just be warned that Primark on a Saturday afternoon will likely make you want to throw stones at something/one, so time your visit wisely!

For something slighter better quality but still relatively cheap, you could try Debenhams who stock Tripp luggage.

(Not of use to the OP, but one place I have found some bargains on higher quality kit like Antler is Aspens of Hereford. They seem to buy up end of lines).
