Headphones port in C seat doesn't work
I thought I don't need to bring my own headphones since I am flying C but the port refused to work so I guess I have zero IFE. The crew offers me to deplane but I have everything planned so I have to take this flight. How do I get the purser to register the issue so I can get some sort of compensation from TK?

The thing is that with UA you can see they write things on their tabs but not here. C is full so the only option they offered was to deplane (I know C is also full the next day and I need to be there as planned).
They have reset twice and didn't work. They are not exactly apologetic about this.

Thanks, the crew said they will register it (I will have to trust them that they will) and I hope I will get something reasonable. I didn't bring my own as I thought I wouldn't need it (I have no idea that a regular headphones jack will work). Not exactly nice as there's a screaming kid in C.

In future as a back-up bring some ear pods & download stuff to your phone or tablet.

I have a phone loaded with downloaded music but I hate ear pods (they kept falling out of my ears - I have tried with all the sizes and none work and my ears hate them). Anyways I don't think I will ever fly TK C so that won't be a problem anymore.
I did get a card at the end of the flight and TK CS did get back to me without me acting on it and gave me 20k miles which was pretty nice.
