West Coast Award Availability

Greeting TK Flyertalk, I am wondering when there is award space in business class from DXB/AUH to SEA/SFO/LAX. Can’t see anything pricing lower than 120,000 - which certainly isn’t promo pricing.

Award space in J between IST and the West Coast is close to non-existent.

Adding on the UAE just makes it that much more difficult...

Married segment availability for awards are applicable to TK-operated flights; i.e. SFO-IST is rarely available in J but availability on the SFO-IST segment 'miraculously' opens up when one is transiting IST to a final destination like AUH, CAI, BKK, SIN or other favorable (to TK's revenue dept.) destination.

I see lots of J to Seattle (Feb 15th for example), but using upgrade vouchers rather than miles

How can you know it's only for upgrade vouchers?
