No longer possible to upgrade for cash via app?
Can someone explain how it works with paid upgrades before check-in via the TK app?
I currently have 10+ segments booked in eco. In the TK app, some flights are eligible for upgrades for miles but *none* can be upgraded for cash.
I believe in the past, that flights from time to time could be upgraded for either miles or cash in the app, but I havent seen this for months now.
Why is that? Does TK want to encourage pax to spend their miles rather than cash?
