TK to MS
I'm supposed to fly from NYC to JNB via IST and CAI. At check in in NYC will TK be able to check my bag all the way to JNB, or will I need to collect at IST or CAI? Also, will TK be able to print my MS boarding pass?

TK would thru check bags despite both flights being on the same ticket or not, however, if you are on seperate tickets, be aware that you might be asked to meet the entry requirements for Egypt and your boarding pass for the MS leg would be handed at CAI.
