Star Award - No Turkish

Star Award - No Turkish

When I try to book an award on a single carrier I keep getting this error:



Does this mean I have to call in or contact a ticketing office? No Star itineraries without TK?

Yes, this means that the website system could not book your specific itinerary.
You would need to call the hotline or contact a sales office.
