Issue with missing miles
I flew with Lufthansa a few weeks ago and added my Miles & Smiles number to the booking but they haven't shown up on my account. On the App I tried to claim missing miles but it would not accept the class code I entered - I tried E, S, X etc, nothing accepted. Went to the desktop site and it won't accept my password, then went to 'forgot password' and it offered for me to change my pin then asks me to log in but won't accept the pin when I log in - is the pin different to the password? If so how do I get a new password if when clicking on 'forgot password' they only allow you to change the pin? So I'm stuck and have wasted 20 mins of my life! Is this a blip or is claiming missing miles really this difficult? This is my first foray into Turkish Airlines points as I'm considering switching to them from Emirates....but this rather puts me off.

You need to insert a correct inventory code (a.k.a booking class, a.k.a. RBD - reservation booking designator). You can find this code on your itinerary confirmation or copy of the electronic ticket. If you insert a wrong inventory code request is rejected. Check your itinerary confirmation and retry with a correct code.
