Following the ET crash TK have decided to ground their B737 MAX fleet: (As have many other operators and countries). Some TK flights today have turned back midair.

All Turkish Airlines Boeing 737-MAX-8 and 737-MAX-9 aircraft are now ferried to Istanbul Airport ( ISL ) with a special permission from SHGM ( Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation ). They are parked there until further notice.
Because of these aircrafts being grounded, all international operations scheduled to operate with a Boeing 737-MAX would now be operated by a domestic Boeing 737-800. Boeing 737-900ER aircrafts would be used for those destinations that a Boeing 737-800 can't handle. All domestic flights that would operate by a 737-MAX are now cancelled as well as some other domestic flights because of some domestic 737-800's are replacing 737-MAX flights. The cancelled flights are determined by a day-to-day basis and they are mostly on routes that operate more than 4 times a day.

Turkish Airlines will take over part of AnadoluJet’s Boeing 737-800 fleet while its 737 MAX aircraft are grounded. Turkey’s flag carrier is also negotiating with Airbus for faster delivery of its remaining A321neo aircraft on order.
