Vege Food
I’m traveling in Economy on the following flights:
LHR-IST
IST-JNB
JNB-IST
IST-LHR
I don’t eat meat. Is there usually a vegetarian option offered in Economy class? Or should I submit a special meal request? If I request vegetarian, am I likely to end up with some cheesy pasta? Would love some vegetarian Turkish food but is that likely? Maybe I should order Asian-Vegetarian?
Anyone got experience of this flying out of LHR, IST or JNB?

Definitely submit a request. You have the following options:
* Asian Vegetarian.
* Vegetarian Oriental Meal.
* Vegetarian Raw Meal.
Or, you can go vegan with Strict Vegan Meal.
I haven’t eat theses meals so I don’t any opinion.
