Operating airline vs. Code-share

I am contemplating travel which is on NH (ANA Airlines), but actually operated by UA (United Airlines). Seems like mileage accrual is based on the actual carrier and not the code share flight number.

"Minimum Mileage Guarantee does not applied on All Nippon Airways flights. The general Miles&Smiles terms and conditions apply.
Miles can be accrued only on All Nippon Airways operating flights.
The partner reserves the right to change flight routes at short notice.
Miles accrual is subject to the operating airline. Please note that the booking class shown on your ticket may differ from the booking class relevant for the mileage accrual."

Can anyone with experience comment on this? Mileage accrual on NK in "K" booing class is 50%, whereas "K" booking class on UA earns 100% with Miles&Smiles. Will I accrue 50% or 100% on these UA-operated flights with NH code-shared flight numbers?
Thanks for any informed and proven experiences in this matter.

You will earn based on the United rates. With any Star Alliance FF programme it is always the operating carrier that matters. Codeshares are irrelevant in this context.

Starflyergold, thank once again for your help and advice; you have confirmed that which I suspected about operating carrier being the actual factor in mileage accrual/ Thanks for your prompt replies and informative postings.
