I still haven't receiver my elite card, will they mail it to a US address?

Neither have I (in Denver). I earned *A Gold with then in NOVEMBER, never received it. When I phoned in January, the agent (in poor English) gave me the story that I have to fly with them as gold to actually get a card. Then I emailed in late January. Their response was that they would resend it immediately. Here it is the last day of February and I still have nothing.

Experienced pretty much the same. After few e-mails I was told that they can send the plastic only to TK offices. So I chose WAW, they sent it within couple of days and I picked it up in WAW airport office (the local staff here also offered me courier post to any address but at this time it was convenient for me to pick it up personally). Try the same, not calling them but submitting a case on their page and asking to send the card to your nearest TK office.

I noticed that points were paid immediately, on screen in two minutes. No waiting and twisting in the wind like at AA. Very nice, thank you TK.

I wonder if this is still running? I just got 250 miles for what appears to be an update of my ID#. See that I got 250 x 2 for address and phone update in March under this during the offer dates (to April).
