connection time at ataturk,too short?

connection time at ataturk,too short?
i'll fly from blq to jnb
i've a doubt
going down the flght from blq is supposed to land at 22.15 and the flight to jnb
will leave at 00.55 with a 2,40 hours connectin time.
coming up the connecting time is 3.20 hours (6.40 a.m-9.00 a.m.)
Hearing and reading terrible stories about ataturk delays, do you think i will be
on my way without any problem?

Not sure about those routes, but I flew on TK last month from TAS-IST, then IST-LAX with a 1 hour 50 minute connection, and made it fine, with even a quick stop in the Turkish Airlines lounge for some food. If there are no delays it should be fine, but I would check delay histories for your routes.
