Interview Cutoff Date?
Hopefully I'm posting this in the right forum!
I'm a UK citizen. I applied for Global Entry ages ago (right before the pandemic) as I travelled frequently to the US. I was conditionally approved in 2020, when the world was obviously shut down, and then the US borders were still closed to the UK until Fall 2021. I haven't travelled to the US this entire time and will finally be there next week. I was hoping to take advantage of the EOA, but I know that you have to schedule an interview within 2 years. My status currently still says 'conditionally approved'. Would I still be able to do an interview when I arrive? Reached out to their customer service online, and waiting for a response. I have also tried to look up this info profusely with no answer!! Help please. Thank you!

As long as you're conditionally approved and your application has not been cancelled, go ahead and try to have an enrollment interview on arrival.
While the CBP website still shows that a Global Entry enrollment interview must be completed within 730 days of receiving conditional approval, the deadline to complete NEXUS enrollment interviews was recently extended to five years. So, who knows?
