TSA Pre: possible to pay for someone else without being with them?
With Global Entry, you pay when you submit the online application. This makes it super-easy to pay for someone else's application and get reimbursed (assuming you have extra credits on your various credit cards). I've done this by just reading my number to them over the phone and having them type it in (close family members).
However, when applying for TSA Pre it looks like you don't actually pay until the in-person interview process, which would mean you'd really have to go with them to use your credit card.
Anyone have tips on how to to pay for someone else's TSA Pre without actually going to the interview location with them?
