Use Nexus while picking up work permit?
I'm a US citizen with Nexus. I will be getting a work permit when I enter Canada at YVR this summer. It seems to me that I should avoid the Nexus kiosks, since that would mean that I had entered as a visitor, even if I then made my way to immigration. I'd appreciate any thoughts on this.

I'd go with better safe than sorry and talk to an immigration officer. The only cost is the time spent waiting in line (hopefully only a few minutes).
