Global Entry
Question regarding Global Entry.
Last Tuesday I went to the location for an interview. Watched that stupid 3 minute video, then had my finger prints taken along with the picture.
Yesterday I've got this email from Global Entry.
"Since your application was conditionally approved, as of June 27 our system does not register the scheduling of an interview to finalize your enrollment.
To prevent your application from being cancelled, please schedule an interview immediately. Most enrollment centers have appointments available up to 4 months. To schedule an interview, access your GOES account, click on the "Schedule Interview" button and select an enrollment center and date for your interview. You can always reschedule your interview up to 24 hours prior to the already scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment within 24 hours, please contact the enrollment center to be rescheduled.
This is an automated email. Please do not reply."
Then, this morning I logged in to the site to check the status and what I see is that I HAVE CANCELED my interview. Canceled Reason: NO-SHOW
WT F are they doing? The CBP agent told me during the interview that my Trusted Traveler number will be active the same evening.
There is no f-en phone number to call. The one that they give you goes automatically to voice mail so no point of calling there. I can't find any 1-800 numbers on their website.
I don't want to go there again because I will have to waste most of my day!

Can you call the local CBP office?
Which airport or location did you interview take place at?
When I had to cancel once within 24 hours of appearance, it was easy to get the local number on their website.

Thats what I've been doing. Calling them this morning.
It is at Dulles airport. I finally called general CBP IAD number and the lady gave me different number than the one listed on their webpage for IAD processing center. But she said that the office opens at 10am.
I'll try my luck again in 60 minutes

Called IAD office at 10am. Gave them my GE# and officer on the phone appologized and fixed the error.
Few minutes ago I've logged in to the website to check if my status has changed, and it did. Now I have full access to all the options at GE and Sentri.
